EIM Sewage Pumps With Design Benefits, Which Contribute To The Improvement Of Sewage Treatment Systems.

EIM submersible pumps with a closed-loop cooling system can be continuously run in dry pits.

In recent years the sewage treatment industry has demanded improved equipments, technology and new applications. E.I.M has responded by introducing submersible motors with a closed-loop cooling system which can be run continuously in dry pits. One example is a submersible pump with a dischange diameter of 350 mm and a 48kW submersible motor with a closed-loop cooling system supplied to the Kougasaki sewage treatment plant in Kitakyushu City, Japan. The closed-loop cooling system uses clean water as the coolant, which circulates through the closed-cooling circuit.The cooling circuit is never clogged by foreign substances. This ensures long and stable pump unit operation.
