Stainless Steel Submersible Pumps for Air-Conditioning Facilities

79 Stainless Steel Submersible Pumps Delivered for Air-Conditioning Facilities in Redeveloped Wan Chai District, Hong Kong

Wan Chai, located in the northern part of Hong Kong Island, is known for its high-rise buildings and numerous government offices. The district is currently undergoing redevelopment, with various construction projects in progress.

As part of this redevelopment, air-conditioning facilities utilizing seawater from Victoria Harbour were installed in ten government-related buildings in the eastern area. While the main circulation pumps were supplied by another manufacturer, EIM provided 28 dry pit pumps for cleaning debris trapped in screens and 51 drainage pit pumps.

Since seawater is used in the system, all pumps are made of stainless steel. The delivery was carried out under Torishima Pump Mfg. Co., Ltd.
