Improving productivity and building a supply chain

By promoting training for improvement activities and ensuring strict implementation of 5S, we aim to enhance productivity and added value. We are also developing a supply chain centered around local companies, contributing to Kitakyushu City’s key strategy of building a self-sustaining economy.

Creating an environment where all kinds of talent can thrive

By increasing the proportion of female employees, we are working to create an environment where diverse talents can thrive without discrimination, contributing to the realization of Kitakyushu City’s key strategy of building a peaceful city.

Reduction of waste volume

To contribute to solving social issues, we are working on reducing waste, such as wooden pallets and special coatings, helping to realize Kitakyushu City’s key strategy of building a city full of color.

Flood control measures for local rivers

EIM’s submersible pumps are being used to tackle flooding and river overflow caused by heavy rainfall.

Extension of equipment lifespan

By extending the lifespan of pumps, maintenance efforts are reduced, and downtime is minimized. Through such initiatives, we aim to stabilize the local community and industrial infrastructure.

Reduction of power consumption

We are working to reduce power consumption by turning off unnecessary lighting and controlling air conditioning with heat-shielding films.

Establishment of a harassment support hotline

To clarify the company’s stance on harassment behavior, we have established a support hotline. This system has been established to implement company-wide countermeasures.

Promotion of health management

We organize events such as walking campaigns to promote health awareness among employees.
